Insurance companies require us to verify that the client will be receiving care from a state in which the provider is credentialed.

Your Member ID is located securely on the front of your insurance card. This number helps the provider verify your coverage.

We require credit card information for all appointments to secure your booking.

Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

i. You don't show up to a scheduled appointment or fail to cancel within the required timeframe

ii. For self-pay clients, payment will be processed after your appointment

iii. For insurance clients, any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles will be charged after insurance processing
