Our Commitment to Transparency

At Care Counseling & Children's Services, LLC, we are committed to being open and transparent about the costs of care. To help you plan for your mental health treatment, we provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the potential costs associated with your services. This estimate is designed to give you a clear understanding of what to expect financially, even if you are paying without insurance.

Maximum Fees for Services Without Insurance

Below are the maximum fees for our standard services. These represent the highest potential cost you may be charged for each service:

Individual Therapy by Therapist	45 minutes	$175.00

Psychiatric Medication Management	10-15 minutes	$200.00

Please note: Actual charges may be lower depending on individual circumstances, the complexity of care, and the length of your appointment.

Fee Variability and Updates

Service fees may change from time to time due to updates in scope of care or adjustments to our pricing structure. We will make every effort to inform you of any changes to your estimated costs promptly.

Insurance Coverage

If you have insurance, your coverage and out-of-pocket responsibility will depend on your individual plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify:

Whether we are in-network with your plan
Any deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance that may apply
Any coverage limitations for mental health services

As a courtesy, we will submit claims on your behalf if we are in-network with your insurance provider. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your benefits and any potential limitations.

Good Faith Estimate Policy

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care is expected to cost.

You will receive a written estimate of expected charges before your first appointment if you are uninsured or choosing to self-pay.
The estimate will include the expected cost of services reasonably anticipated at the time of scheduling.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
